By the way, I used to buy from Universal Ink and Toner (back in the day when I had an office). Universal is now known as Atlantic Inkjet. Their products are top-notch!

Teaming up with Sam has been fantastic. I received a response just minutes after I sent my order email. The amount I spent was nearly 50% less than what the local office supply store charges.

For a few years now, Patrick has been my go-to guy for ink orders. He really knows his stuff when it comes to the products and what my printer requires. Whenever I leave him a message, he gets back to me right away. I'm grateful for the quality of the products and the cash I save by using them.

I was kinda anxious at first when swapping out cartridges for my new Brother printer. Naturally, the company pushes you to stick with their pricey, approved options. They make it sound like your warranty could be in jeopardy if you stray from their Innobella cartridges. But so far, I've placed two orders and, fingers crossed, all's been good. The ordering process is simple, shipping's decent, and the prices are reasonable. The ease of it all, along with the lower costs, really makes this a no-brainer.

Completely happy - I recently asked for a refund on a cartridge that was leaking, and the company really backed their product and gave me the credit. The issue was with just one cartridge after buying several times. Solid company, for sure.

The item showed up in decent condition, but man, the delivery time for the ink cartridges was just too lengthy. If I had really needed ink urgently, this order would’ve put me in a tough spot. I’m likely not gonna order from this place again.

I’m giving five stars due to the long time I’ve been working with Atlanticinkjet and the quality of service they offer, especially with HP and Epson inks. The only downside is that they don’t stock the Magenta and Light Magenta inks for the Epson 3880. Hopefully, they’ll have it in the future.

Customer support was just awful. I got the 150xl 4 pack for my Lexmark Pro915 after a client suggested your store. I usually print a handful of black and white documents, but now my printer's out of commission because the yellow cartridge is running low. I’m baffled since I’ve only printed a couple of small docs and haven’t even touched the color. All the other cartridges are still full. So, I had to buy another yellow just to get my printer back up and running. Total waste of time and cash. I won’t be ordering from you again. I reached out to the company several times and got no response.

I ran into some trouble with one of the cartridges I bought. After some back-and-forth chatting, they sent me a new cartridge.

Shipping was speedy and budget-friendly. The customer support team was fantastic when an issue popped up. The ink cartridges deliver consistent results and print nicely. Atlantic Inkjet is dependable and while it ain't always the cheapest option, the quality matches those pricey OEMs.

In the past, I've bought ink from here and it always showed up in perfect condition. Now that I've got a new printer, I'm just sitting tight for the ink to get here. Feels like it takes ages when you're on the edge of your seat waiting. It's kinda like staring at a pot, hoping it’ll boil. I'm really hoping for a smooth experience this time around too.

You won't find better prices on OEM inks anywhere else. Shipping was quick, no doubt about it. Just one little issue: I can't get into my account unless I've got something in my cart. It'd be great to access my account just to reorder something I've bought before.
